National populist Rep. Rachel Keshel (@RJ4arizona) adamantly insists that she resides in LD17. The district she represents. That being said, every action and reaction she and her husband have had since being accused of residing outside the district is exactly what you would expect from someone who lives outside the district.

@RonLPitts @Garrett_Archer @RJ4arizona There are reporters working on it, but Ms. Keshel has turned down requests for interviews and I’ve heard had some of her public documents sealed. Generally, a court is the final arbiter on residency challenges.

@autumntjohnson @Garrett_Archer @RJ4arizona Injunction against harassments are generally issued in an ex parte hearing with just the judge, a court reporter and the victim. They are often granted, as the defendant has a right to appeal the decision. I, for one, would love to read a copy of Rep. Keshel’s complaint.
