@scrowder I’m starting to understand why you underwent surgery to put metal plates in your chest, so you could feel like a man instead of the cuck that you are.

CLAIM: Israel is blatantly violating the ceasefire.
TRUTH: Probably not. But Israel needs to get in line.
Trump told PBS directly that Lebanon was not part of the deal, and JD Vance confirmed the situation was likely a "misunderstanding".
A misunderstanding that may have been caused by terrible messaging from... Pakistan. When Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif initially announced the deal which Pakistan helped broker he said the ceasefire was effective immediately everywhere, including Lebanon.
This clearly wasn't communicated to the Americans, but very well may have been to the Iranians. Add in the fact nobody knows exactly what 10 Point Plan from Iran Washington actually received, the confusion makes sense.
Regardless, Israel's continued bombardment right now certainly isn't helping to facilitate meaningful dialogue, if that's the goal.
But things do seem to be moving in the right direction.
This morning NBC reported that Trump asked Netanyahu to scale back Israel's strikes on Lebanon and that Israel agreed "to be a helpful partner."
Moreover, Netanyahu announced that Israel would be entering into direct negotiations with Lebanon at the earliest possible time. The negotiation's would focus on, among other things, the demilitarization of Beirut.
So this is a positive. An apology from Netanyahu would be nice, but this is a start.
There is still a lot of confusion and it's a wait and see situation. But the bottom line is this, Trump needs to be aggressive with Israel, and once our objectives are achieved, anything further Israel wants to accomplish it should accomplish on its own.
Any actions from Israel that threatens America's ability to achieve our objectives should be dealt with swiftly.

i have one of these most nights. As one ages, one looks to how people have coped in the past. Lots of reliance on simple protein and peptide combinations to get over predictable body issues.
Here is a grok write up on a pre-bed 'milk shake' for sleep and body repair for hard worked older bodies that comes to us from the 1930's depression.
@1HeidVandenberg had me thinking about such things.
Anyway, i am making my own yogurts with more exotic starter combos these days and i add colostrum in lieu of just powdered milk, but it's a very tasty sleep prep.
Grok speak follows::
Here's a quick, practical description of this simple homemade pre-bed "milk shake" idea tailored for older adults aiming to support muscle recovery and combat sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss).
Mix dry milk powder (nonfat or low-fat works well) into regular whole milk, then add a splash of chocolate milk for flavor. This creates a creamy, tasty shake with boosted protein content—primarily from casein, the slow-digesting milk protein.
Why it helps muscle recovery and fights sarcopenia: Casein forms a gel-like structure in the stomach, releasing amino acids slowly over 6–8 hours. Research shows that consuming ~40g of casein (or similar milk protein) about 30 minutes before bed increases overnight muscle protein synthesis (by up to ~22% in some studies) and helps maintain a positive protein balance during sleep, when the body repairs and rebuilds muscle. This is especially valuable for older people, as it counters the natural overnight muscle breakdown and supports long-term muscle preservation when combined with activity.
Bonus slow-absorbing effects for better sleep: The prolonged release provides steady nutrition without spikes. Casein digestion can also produce small amounts of casomorphins (opioid-like peptides from milk), which may gently slow gut motility (delaying transit and promoting relaxation in the digestive tract) and contribute to a calming, mild opioid-like activity that supports restful sleep—without strong sedative effects.
Adding a spoonful of yogurt (plain or Greek) enhances it further: It boosts probiotics for gut health, adds more casein and creaminess, and slightly increases the protein dose while improving texture and flavor.
Simple prep example (adjust for ~30–40g protein total, depending on portions and body size):
1–1.5 cups whole milk
4–6 tbsp dry milk powder (stir/blend well to avoid lumps)
A few ounces chocolate milk for mild sweetness/chocolate taste
Optional: 2–4 tbsp yogurt
Blend or shake vigorously, sip ~30 minutes before bed. It's affordable, uses everyday ingredients, and turns a basic drink into a science-backed nighttime recovery tool for older adults—helping preserve strength, mobility, and independence. Consult a doctor if there are dairy sensitivities or specific health conditions.1.6sFast

You may have heard I broke my back a few months ago.
T12 through S2.
Pretty bad. But it's been nearly 6 months and it's still as sore as fuck.
Cocodamol. Tramadol. Up the fucking gunwales.
I just don't want to take them as they don't really help.
Any advice?
Hints?
Anything?
I'm fucking sick of it.

I hate to be a conspiracy theorist, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is just the tip of a giant iceberg.

🥩 We need to make it easier for farmers to sell their own meat directly to Kiwis.
Right now, the system makes it nearly impossible unless you go through a big processing plant. Farmers who raise the stock, care for it, and do everything right still face:
❌ Too much red tape
❌ Expensive compliance
❌ No practical path to local, legal sales
It shouldn’t be this hard.
✅ Farmers should be able to have livestock killed and processed under inspection — on-farm or at small local hubs
✅ Meat should be able to be sold direct to consumers with proper safety standards
✅ Let’s trust the people who grow the food — not block them with outdated rules
This is about food freedom, rural resilience, and fair access.
