I can see the argument as to why an oval right after Indy would be desirable but you have kind of like having a field of disappointed drivers upset they didn’t win the 500 angry at eachother because of the tight confines of Detroit.

@HolderStephen Paye was never a good pick. He was damaged goods when they drafted him. Probably why he has never panned out. Hope we finally get a pass rush. That is a big part of the secondary problem. Qbs with 6-7 sec to find a receiver are usually successful.

*I certainly didn't predict an edge rush pick, but it was always on the table because it's impossible to overlook the Colts offering Danielle Hunter a HUGE contract in free agency. That said something about their feelings on the pass rush. Kwity Paye questions now arise.

*Incredibly productive, which matters a lot to the Colts. 23.5 sacks and 34 TFL's in the past 2 seasons.
*Given all the solid options on the board, you have to assume the Colts are ultra confident in the medicals here.

@RobMKendall The previous system had flaws also. Credit was given for the age of the home, regardless of the owner. 60 yo Mansions on N Meridian were paying the same tax as 5yo 900 sq ft tract houses. The current system is fairer, but still has flaws.

I’ve lived in the same town and township for 38 years. So has my father. My neighbors have both lived in their houses for 46 years. We are not the bad guys or at fault in the skyrocketing property tax equation.
