Update: Officials confirmed the 13-year-old guest who exited a ride vehicle on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure fell down the attraction’s main drop on Sunday. The guest was evaluated at a local hospital and released. Cal/OSHA inspected the ride and approved its reopening on Monday.

Disneyland officials say a 13-year-old guest exited a ride vehicle on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure on Sunday before the attraction ended. The ride was immediately stopped, and the guest was evaluated at a hospital and later released. The attraction reopened and is operating today.

@ScottGustin I’m just hoping this means Disney can return bus service from the parks to Disney Springs. Especially Animal Kingdom which closes early enough where guests can still fit in a full evening at Disney Springs.

Maybe it’s the extreme Orlando heat talking, but after wrangling a family group of 16 around the parks for the last few days, the outrage over the Disney Springs bus changes feels a lot more dramatic than the actual changes. 🤷♂️

NEW: Disney Cruise Line also updated its alcohol policy for guests bringing drinks onboard. Starting with sailings departing on June 3, guests 21+ will be limited to 1 bottle of wine per person (down from 2) or 6 beers. Disney is also lowering the corkage fee from $29 to $20.

NEW: Disney Cruise Line is updating its policy for stateroom door decorating. There are no changes to the rules for decorating doors or using fish extenders, but decorations are no longer allowed on nearby hallway walls or ceilings. Changes effective on sailings starting June 3.
