When you put a book out on it, yes it is not a conspiracy. My point is that, prior to the book, people had heard about it and were out calling them on it; to hear denial and be called conspiracy theorists. Then, the book comes out, confirming what they were calling them out on. So, in the early years, yea it sounds like it fits the definition of a conspiracy.

@jonathanstea I'm surprised I'm not more susceptible. I look for patterns for a living, and my brian is particularly prone to it as it is. (And OCD is the shittiest detective. It finds "meaning" in the dumbest things) I guess critical thinking saves the day? It's the only dif I can see.
