Here's the real kick about how Trump's tariffs are going to hike prices for everything: Once that happens, even if the tariffs go away, the prices are never, ever going back down again.

The thing is prices are going to go up and then no matter what happens with tariffs or manufacturing after that, they'll never go back down because corporations will know that they can squeeze that much more out of consumers if they want to and that the government won't stop them
