@hansummers @TBIJ The scandal in the family court is the reliance upon a single ‘expert’ witness (whether regulated or unregulated) to decide a child’s future without scrutiny. Unlike a criminal court where opinions can be challenged in the public eye.

Neoliberalism teaches us that it's not okay to hurt, rage, grieve & suffer, & that if we do too much of this we're probably ill. It teaches us that if we refuse to identify as sick, nothing can be done - as if the sick-route is the only route to salvation. Rubbish. Politicise.
