🐎 Cheltenham day 1 🐎 Supreme 1:20 One of my favourite races every year. A race a lot of superstars come out of, but this year I’m struggling to pick one out. I bet Leader d’Allier back in December for this but I wouldn’t be that keen now. Not a race I’ll get to involved with, but if I was pushed El Cairos could have that superstar factor. Arkle 2:00 KOPEK DES BORDERS 6/4 one of my bets of the week. Lulamba won’t go the pace. If I can get 2/1 on the track I’ll be topping up. Then onto the Champion Chase for him next year. 2:40 No bet Ultima 3:20 I’m a big fan of HANDSTANDS 11/1 in the Ultima. There were talks of him going to the Gold Cup but things just haven’t went his way this season. He’s got great form from last year beating Jango Baie who I think will win the gold cup. Also wouldn’t put anyone off having a little bet on Handstands to win the Grand National at 50/1. Champions Hurdle 4:00 Not the greatest champion hurdle lineup. I’d have to side with THE NEW LION 11/4 just because he’s got the most untapped potential out of all these. 4:50 No bet 5:20 No bet I’d recommend everyone to put a small placepot on. It can give you an interest in every race for a pound or two and the payouts can be huge at Cheltenham.

Honestly, in my life I’ve never known Liverpool fans to treat our manager like this. It’s absolutely shaken my regard for this fanbase. I think one of Liverpool’s strengths as a club has always been our spirit of collectiveness. Everyone pulling together in hard times and enjoying together in good times. The fact that people have no patience during what was always going to be a transition season, the fact that people want us to be like Man United or Chelsea and begin a conveyor belt of managerial appointments…nah, not for me. Cutting off your nose to spite your face.
