That Myles Garrett contract language re-working is great news if you're a fan of extra first round picks, I guess.

Traded Myles Garrett and turned it into Caleb Downs, Carnell Tate, Caleb Lomu, plus a 2027 first. Added KC Concepcion and solid Day 2 depth. That’s how you reset a roster, build around a young core, and set yourself up long term.

I do think Myles Garrett will he traded. It's the result of the failure to find a QB with equal play to Baker Mayfield. The Deshaun Watson trade is an all time blunder that ultimately cost the Browns the window that began with drafting Myles Garrett.

I’m not at all worried about the Browns taking Freeling if that’s what they choose to do. I would *prefer* they trade back then take him. 6 is rich. 11 or 12 though would be nice.

I think the Cavs have been much more active defensively in this quarter than they were at any point last night. They've gotten quite a few deflections so far. Offensively, they look like a team that played last night.

Folks on here yelled that keeping Baker Mayfield for a fifth year would cost the Browns Myles Garrett. As it turns out, the Deshaun Watson trade wrecked the organization so badly that losing 95 could be the parting shot.

I don’t see anyway the Browns trade Myles, the contract is a moot point to me personally.

Opening Day is the best day. Because it means seven straight months of real, meaningful baseball. And that's something for everyone to celebrate.

This is a very odd move for a contract with a no trade provision. There is zero cap benefit to the Browns and Garrett, Im assuming, is now deferring $10M that was going to be paid now to the fall. I guess maybe a bigger payment in the fall when they pick it up?
