They say the sloths died from cold exposure and poor conditions. Under Florida statutes, Sloth World had no obligation to report the deaths. Sloth World should not exist. Sloths are uniquely unsuited to exposure to the stress of long transport and captivity. Would people flock to visit if they knew of the extreme cruelty, starting with brutal capture from their forest home?

If a jury decides AGAINST AAP, that verdict will then justify "piercing the veil" of limited liability which corporations typically enjoy. Then, its officers would be liable too.

Someone inside Kaiser sent me the below internal guidance concerning shots and medications for newborns. This needs confirmation.
