@supersonicfibre I’ve upgraded by fibre to 200mb and received the notification saying it was successfull but my network speed is exactly the same as before. I’ve Whatsapp, called, requested callback and I’ve DMed you several times and no feedback. When will this problem be fixed?

@supersonicfibre I did it before. You keep on asking me the same info and you do nothing. I now have reception and then suddenly all is gone. Look at your dms and do something about the case that was logged. I am on 200mbps line and not rven getting 100!!!!
