Over the past few days I’ve spoken to many local farmers and ag leaders about the serious impact the CN Rail strike is having on our communities. This morning alone I’ve been on the phone with dozens of farmers impacted by the strike. (1/2)

Quebec Premier François Legault says the CN strike has left the province with fewer than five days before it runs out of propane, which would wreak havoc at hospitals, nursing homes and farms. trib.al/tEepBj9

Just got off the phone with the Prime Minister. I urged him to recall Parliament as soon as possible in order to pass emergency back-to-work legislation to end the CN rail strike. Our farmers and producers are counting on the government to act.
