My first official Mock Draft. Addressing the needs of the bears with a couple shots on some picks. If I am a GM I am taking shots at some spots like CB WR and LB. All the players I have picked have special attributes to each one that is unique. Ex. Robinson- Strongest player in the draft Sobkowicz- Best hands in the draft World- Biggest B10(overall) tackle in the draft #NFL #PFF #PFSN #DRAFT #nfldraft #mockdraft

@john_kettle1 @dpbrugler you realize that once you get outside of the top 15ish guys at each position you’re scouting them for how well they’ll be on ST equal to greater than at their actual position because that’s where 70% of their snaps are gonna be the first 2-3 years of their career?

@DonJamesSports @Fcsscouting @dpbrugler Agree, i think its more based on different play-style. Bond gets some decent YAC from finding the zones on spot routes. He does exceed at that, and that translate well in the NFL. More upset about the lack of research.

@Fcsscouting @dpbrugler Bond plays well in certain types of his game. Good slot guy you can rely on. Different play-style. What I don’t get is the FCS hate. Stats dont matter but when you have some of the best film in the draft, have the best production in the entire draft and have a 9.46 RAS. LOL

Very disappointed. You have Daniel Sobkowicz ranked 69 is laughable. 19 tds 1200 yds 4 years in a row basically and a guy with 115 yds this season is above him?? There is so many players that shohld be ranked higher and lower on that list like max Tomczak as well should-be higher. I would reccomend @MattWaldman WR resource over this. No offense but from looking at the WR specifically looks like you did no research.

@dpbrugler Want to ask a genuine question. Without knowing anything where would you rank a top 10 RAS score for WR 9.46. Highest production overall in the whole class FCS+FBS. Plays in the FCS.

Wow: Former Jets GM Joe Douglas and HC Robert Saleh wanted to add a wide receiver to complement Garrett Wilson in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft, but had no interest in Jaxon Smith-Njigba because they viewed him as a slot wide receiver and thought he had a slow forty-time. “In 2023 the Jets were looking for a wide receiver to pair with Garrett Wilson. [They had the 15th overall pick]. I was checking in with some people at the Jets and that old regime. I was checking on wide receivers and I asked about one particular receiver who I thought might go in the first-round. I go, what about this guy? He’s like eh you know he’s slow on the stopwatch, he’s a slot receiver, and he has a hamstring injury. Why would we take that guy? That guy turned out to be Jaxon Smith-Njigba.” They passed on JSN at 15 and selected Will McDonald IV. (via Jets Collective Podcast)
