@NWSBUFFALO Surprised squall alerts weren’t sent out. It was about as bad as I’ve ever seen driving conditions along Route 104 in Wayne County. Went from sunshine to whiteout, seemingly, in a minute or two.

Lake effect snow has rapidly developed across the Niagara Frontier this morning. Snow bands will oscillate across the region through this evening. Expect rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities. Take it slow!
