My custom eBay sniper is now finding between 2,000 - 4,000 leads an hour. I am just doing cards right now too.. It’s designed to ingest many more categories. Been a fun project.

@SaulSellsStuff @thebuyboxio If you make use of the resources available or even a portion of them it is totally worth it. The value is there, it is up to the subscriber to take advantage of it.

I run a community called @thebuyboxio It’s been around since 2019. I want your honest and transparent thoughts: Do you think it’s worth $149/month? $380 for 3 months. Is it overpriced? Underpriced? Perfect for the value? I subscribe to the adage that you shouldn’t ask a question you don’t want the answer to. So I am fully onboard if you don’t think it is. I’d love to know why and what makes any community feel worth it to you. (Essentially what you’d need from TBB to make it worth the price) No pitch, just solid feedback from X, a place that has helped me many times over the years. Some context on what you get for those unfamiliar: We have 12 staff across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. Most of which are full time sellers. Doing a combined $60m+ a year. 1. You get 2 hours a month of 1:1 coaching with the team member of your choice. 2. We have weekly calls dedicated to specific niches with experts. eBay, Lego, AI, Wholesale, etc. 3. You get full access to @FlipAlert which has a standalone value of $97/month. 4. Dozens of video and pdf guides. 5. Twice a month webinars on specific topics with a seller who has done $100m+ on Amazon. 6. Complete access to @BrickDynasty for Lego talk, investing news, sales, and weekly calls. 7. Calls with @sidehustlnetwrk all about scaling an eBay business to tens of thousands a month + running a high volume prep center. 8. Our AI for resellers sections and bi-weekly calls where we build together. Plus access to open source tools the team has built already. 9. Stock checkers and monitors. 10. Hundreds of other sellers doing this with you. Community being a large part of what we do. 11. Weekly free leads list that you get access to when chosen through our raffle system. 12. Ticket support system. Gain the brain power of all staff at any time with no limit to those discussions. Account health, lead review, etc. That’s the “short” of it. What are we missing? Do we fall short somewhere? Most of the above exists because folks asked for it, so these conversations are critical for our continued success and helping others.

@SaulSellsStuff I sold mine too soon. I did manage to pick up a handful from Mattel at the end of 2025 when they were on clearance on their site and were nice quick flip.

Released in 2023 for $65 By 2025 Mattel couldn’t give these away. They routinely were on the clearance rack and got as low as $20 multiple times. Then Mega lost the Pokemon license to Lego. Every sale I bought the maximum allowed. It’s another great example of buying what people don’t want today but will want tomorrow. Just because something gets clearanced out doesn’t make it a dud. Like every product we look at they all tell a story. Understanding why the market is shifting prices and stock and you’ll have a much better time deciding where to put your money.

I've been testing my new Agent today with a real world problem. And holy smokes. It did the opposite of appease me - it straight up told me how wrong I was in a way so blunt and factual, I was kind of offended. Not like "it was rude" offended but like "it spoke truth" offended. It hit me hard because it was true. Anyone want to test this out? This is a powerful one.

@johnbradshaw3 You got it! Can certainly add that to the Q4 list. Who better to address leakage at scale than by a seller doing $25m. Will bring it up and get something on the books.

I firmly believe most resellers especially on Amazon don’t have a profit problem, they have a leakage problem. You can source all day at 50% ROI and run negative / never take profit because the money you’re making per sale isn’t enough to cover everywhere else you’re losing money. It happens to me too, used to much worse than now. 1. Items you buy that never arrived. 2. Items you buy that come damaged but you never return or request reimbursement. 3. Items lost during shipments outbound you don’t file claims on. 4. Items amazon loses you don’t notice. 5. Items arriving as a return damaged / swapped that you don’t fight for. 6. Shipping cost adjustments you don’t notice. 7. Bad shipping templates that result in lost money when heading out. 8. Poor gift card management and you lose track or never get what you ordered. 9. Items you buy to hold but you didn’t organize well and missed the sell window. 10. Items you had 50% ROI on but didn’t prep fast enough and dropped to 10% by the time you did. 11. Building cash back or rewards into your profit and it never gets paid out. 12. Unaccounted storage fees, placement fees, or prep fees. 13. Software, lead list, or info bloat that isn’t being attached to your P&L. 14. Poor repricing practices which slow down your per unit volume. 15. Bad cash flow management forcing you to leverage and pay interest or loan fees. The list goes on. Yes you should continue to get better at sourcing, learning new stores, categories, pushing higher AOVs, etc. Until you are dialed in on the moving parts between inventory, prep, cash, and sales though you can be losing your shirt and not even realize it. For years. You work hard for your money. You’re robbing yourself blind by not knowing where every dollar is going and to whom.

@JeffSendsIt @cleartheshelf @BowTiedMahi Any good east coast prep centers you recommend? I'm currently using a MT prep center, great people but agree with the shipping cost and time issues. FBA shipping per lb is around $1.10+ currently from MT from my experience.

1. Time to market: I'd guess it takes 2x-3x long to get an OA order checked in Amazon FBA with using a MT prep center assuming PC turnaround time same. I ship something to east coast PC, good chance it's to me in 48 hours. Not uncommon to have stuff arrive SAME day. If retailer is shipping to MT it will take 2x-3x to get there. Then when you ship into Amazon from east coast, you can be at many FCs within 24 hours. The same can't be said true for MT. Nothing is super close. Many times you are trying to avoid the race to bottom so u want your items in first, not last. Even if u buying items that price is staying constant (not likely the trend), you tying up capital much longer while u want for your items to check in. 2. Shipping costs: Placement fees on west coast are 2x compared to East coast. If you want to avoid placement costs, your shipping costs are going to be more shipping from MT then an east coast. However, you ship, its going to cost you significantly more from MT. Whatever savings you think you are getting by cheaper rates offered by a MT prep center, you are paying back 2x-5x through shipping and lost sales.

Montana prep centers are the best. Found one off Google, sent them an email and got set up and ordering stuff to their address in less than an hour. No zoom calls, no bullshit.

I analyzed 5 Keepa Charts in 5 Minutes I've spent thousands of hours looking at Keepa charts in the past 2.5 years. The more you understand the data, the more money you will make in the long term What do you think of these products? That Keepa x @identifysuite never fails ;)
niki@NikolausMoore

Good on you for showing love. I’m going to start doing the same thing as it’s been something I’ve meant to do for a while and it slipped my mind. Did one video where I did 10 charts in 10 mins. Maybe will do one of those every week and ppl can submit ASINs they want me to do. Let’s see if I can knock one out right now

@thebuyboxio I use a PC but still do some shipments of RA and buy & hold items myself, these shipments usually aren't large. Any insight if paying the fee to send to 1-2 locations is better for smaller shipments?

Play around with the new placement fees. For most cases, your best option is still going to be larger shipments over sending in a few boxes.

@KyleSenes Thanks for sharing. I assume most of the items you score is with the goal of flipping them. Do most of the errors come up at night?

@johnbradshaw3 Bandar is the only group I've ever consistently hit errors from tbh, cancels happen for sure but I've hit a good amount of stuff when I'm actually there/awake for it Using other stuff I've learned in there to make consistent $ too outside of the glitches
