Anyone else getting "Received malformed response from transform AWS::Serverless-2016-10-31" when deploying SAM templates via CFN? I don't see any issues on status.aws.amazon.com. Help me @chrismunns, you're my only hope.

AWS us-east-1 top-level web console is down. Other regions are working. If you're using SAML to login (e.g., via Google), changing the "ACS URL" and "Entity ID" to a different regional sign-in URL works - make sure you also change the policy on the AWS side (via API) to match.

@PaulDuvall FWIW the main technique in this article (custom Docker images for CodeBuild to get Maven dependency caching) has been superseded by CodeBuild's built-in cache feature.
