@elle_carnitine I’m severe. My OT suggested listening to tv shows I’ve seen before. Sometimes my AuDHD flares and I get mentally hyper and choose to watch a show I’ve not seen. But I watch the end first. Keeps the emotions less. Doing nothing is stressful & exerting for me.

Does anyone have any tips for getting rid of PEM that do not involve a reduction in activity levels?
