NEW: Mother launches lawsuit after her son's elementary school teacher organized a fight club in the classroom.
Teacher Julious Johnican is accused of organizing a fight club in class with 7-year-olds.
In the video, a student can be seen beating up another student with special needs. The "fight club" reportedly went on for months in the 2nd grade classroom.
The student in the lawsuit, identified as O.D., was "physically assaulted" and was held down by Johnican as he was beaten.
Johnican made "continuous threats" to the boy. A teacher working with Mr. Johnican reportedly told the special needs student he was "demon possessed."
After getting gaslit by the teacher while confronting them on the alleged abuse, Johnican accidentally showed her video of the fight on his phone.
While trying to show her a video of "classroom environment" Johnican "began showing the wrong video" of their "child being attacked."
Throw this man in prison.

NEW: The woman who was found naked in a car with her student, is married to Department of Defense commander William Ward.
Erin Ward was charged with felony s*xual abuse for hooking up with a teen in her husband's car.
Her husband 'Doug' Ward is a high ranking government official who was recently appointed Deputy Director of the Commander's Action Group and Senior Nuclear Deterrence Advisor at the United States Strategic Command. (Daily Mail)
His wife was found naked at 3 am in a car with a naked teen. Erin Ward reportedly admitted to having s*x with the teen boy who was her student at Burke High School in Omaha.
Ironically, Doug Ward has 'liked' multiple posts condemning child s*xual abuse within the Catholic Church.
Maybe he should be more focused on his wife than the Catholic Church.

JUST IN: Law enforcement officials in Missouri arrested a 15-year-old black girl over the weekend for beating another similarly-aged white girl's head into the pavement.
The horrific incident that was caught on camera.
The victim with a severe head injury was transferred to a nearby hospital, where she is listed in critical condition.
St. Louis County Police Department spokeswoman Vera Clay said the teen was arrested on assault charges.
Hazelwood School District made the following statement.
“It is a tragedy anytime children are hurt. Bullying and fighting in the community is an issue for which we all need to take ownership and work towards a resolution for the sake of our children.”
“The Hazelwood School District offers our sincerest condolences to everyone involved and will offer additional emotional support from our support and crisis team to those in need.”
