Re: Oviedo... not ideal. Hoping it's nothing serious but elbow concerns always tend to be. I still think Oviedo can really impact the club in a big way this season. His first outing shouldn't change public perception. Velo had a lot to do with it. He'll get back in the lab and (hopefully) come back better, in terms of both his health and performance.

@patsnation0815 Have at lefties in their lineup shown an ability to hit LHP besides Anthony & maybe Yoshida? I love the optimism here but trying to be realistic. This lineup is (1) injury away from being weak, and there are injury concerns throughout (Story, Mayer, Abreu)

Doesn’t matter what size your power comes from when you have guys that can hit left on left or right on right it doesn’t matter. Would it be nice? Yes but I think they have plenty of power and was having guys that hit for power. They strike out a lot. Just put the ball in play

@iJordanMoore Potential for league average power. Contreras should add 20 as well but that lineup isn’t instilling fear in any serious playoff rotation. (I think they need a 30+ RH bat to be a serious WS contender)
