@HMRCcustomers So is the only way to do this by phone? It says there is a 50 minute waiting time and I assume I have to pay for calls from France.

@HMRCcustomers I live in France and no longer have phone associated with my account so can’t login to online services or verify identity as non-UK postcode. I will receive a private pension from January so need to change my tax code to avoid paying uk tax and claiming it back.

@jwhitfie They might just find it interesting. Why judge how people choose to spend there money? Couldn’t you find a positive comment to make?

I don’t know if it’s just the algorithm, but my goodness there appear to be a lot of weekend warriors using lactate monitors to determine the precise boundary of Zone X/Zone Y. Have we really over complicated training/sport science so much that people think this is necessary?

@bikeandruncoach I will be more ‘boring’ and simple with my training. Consistency, not complexity = fitness and success

@bikeandruncoach @kdarke made a similar transformation, changing her hard workouts from ‘killer sessions’ to ‘gold sessions’ . She won a Paralympic gold medal!! Karen is one of the best people I know at turning her thoughts from negative to positive and moving forward to positive outcomes.
