@CepnikMaciej I don't think Monterrey has the same threat of earthquakes. That keeps the buildings shorter in CDMX.

@xpugHODL Talked more than any other person I've seen in these clips. Not surprising I guess.

@DanCollins2011 Does not look real. No delay in the sound after the impact. Haven't seen any other similar video.

@futuresignalxyz @ts_hodl @jcrpntr Your calculation does not account for taxes. Sell 4% then reduce for taxes to see how much you can spend. Or spend 4% and sell more than 4% to cover the taxes. Which would be correct?

With TradFi stock-heavy portfolios, the 4% rule has traditionally allowed Financially Independent people to Retire Early and thrive. With a Bitcoin-heavy portfolio, 4% may be old news. 🎙️ @ts_hodl @jcrpntr

@keyvandavani I haven't been to either Thailand or Vietnam in 6 years, but both were great when I was spending time there before. I would love to return.

Which warm & sunny country do you recommend living in for a few months or longer, considering safety, cheap cost of living, clean environment, freedom, .... & good meat or fish based food? #Asia? #Vietnam ? #Thailand? etc?

@BitcoinMagazine You can't be late to eating healthy, you can't be late to going to the gym, you can't be late for telling your loved ones that are still on this earth that you love them, and you can't be late to buying Bitcoin.

I think “unplugging“ might be the next big trend in the world. Own your movies on disc, get rid of all the smart appliances, read a book. Cancel the subscriptions, get eggs from the local farmers market, go back to simple gasoline engines. I think it’s coming. I for one have significant fatigue with this always-online world we live in.

Get your popcorn out. 🍿 The bitcoin to gold ratio is currently at its 200-week and 50-month moving averages. It has never in its history gone below these except for a quick fake-out at the BOTTOM of the last bear market. This ratio always TOPS at the tops of bull markets.

@johnhodl3 The process is the same anywhere in Mexico City. You have to take the test, pay, get an appointment. It’s all done online, no walk ins I went to the SEMOVI Insurgentes for the appointment.

It shouldn’t be this easy. Just got a permanent drivers license in Mexico City. I was in an out of the office in less than 20 minutes. Pay the fee and have your picture taken. The hardest part is taking the 20 question test online…because the government website is so slow.
