Well, I reported someone for using a racial slur on here (like, directly calling someone this thing), and apparently that's OK now. Some stupid kid with 88 in his username can just spit race hate. Elon has a lot to answer for.

@thomasnewton I did the same validation this year, and double checked it matched the advertised URL on the council website. Legit sites shouldn't train people to accept scam sites.

@SeagraveTony @claydenizen If a tractor is driving along a 60 limit road, at 17mph, and it's a solid white line, you don't overtake until it's not a solid line, and it's safe and sensible to do so. Why any different with a cyclist?

@claydenizen I'm honestly not sure how I feel about this. I cannot comment on this cyclist in particular, but I do see hundreds of cyclists breaking rules daily. However, to assume that cars should sit behind a cyclist travelling at 17mph in a 60 mph limit for an extended period of time? Hmmm

Oncoming driver hoots as they pass. Why? Turns out driver behind, has aborted their overtake of me, but not moved back from straddling the double solid white line. 🤦 Very poor driving. Technically illegal given my ~17mph, not that the law is effective on this. #A415 #Causeway

It really pisses me off how Chromecast was deliberately turned from something useful to absolute rubbish. AFIACS, there is no way for me to cast a document (e.g. slides) to a chromecast device. Lots broken links to apps or features that no longer exist. Am I missing something?

@bloodearnest And you're doing this to an actual Chromecast, not a Chromecast supporting device? We've got I think the second gen round ones, not the 4k one, and not the newer one with the remote.

@bloodearnest What annoys me with Chromecast is the partial implementations. So with my Samsung TV I can cast somethings to (Youtube etc.) in 4k with controls, but can't cast photos, or cast from Chrome, unless I use an actual Chromecast, without those controls, and then in HD not 4k.
