@ESPN_Schick All good 👍 it is your job after all.
There’s no problem with that. The problem for NU is there’s been too many chances given to people to be critical. Too bad the loss happened that way. Scoring droughts are what’s kept NU from doing better for 100 years.
@johnjabo10 I’d like to call it objectively critical. I like to see Nebraska do well, but the ties don’t run so deep that I can’t have an objective criticism. I’m not so close to the team that I can’t get on them. I don’t see it as rubbing it in.
@ESPN_Schick CU has never done better, even with 5 men on the court… but oh well. Iowa has never gone farther than they are now.
Doesn’t matter, every team hates NU because of FB dominance neither team could imagine a long time ago, save a 5th down a long time ago (once, illegal). MU…
@Gunnersgt896@VandyMBB There are zero “digs” any other fanbase can say to Huskers fans that any Husker fan hasn’t said to themselves 100s of times… you used the dig to tell Vandy to keep heads up. Vandy has now lost to Northwestern and Nebraska in the NCAAs. That is truly sad.
@Gunnersgt896@VandyMBB I could have looked this up last night but too excited. 25% winning is not even close to best %… Duke, UNC, UCLA all are above 70%.
@davidubben You were my favorite national reporter back in the days of the real Big 12. Still appreciate you and your work covering that conference for ESPN. I also think 💭 I may know what you’re referring too… though I didn’t email. Unless posting on the provided board on the site counts
@WeepGade@CollegeHoopsTIk Poor dude farming engagement with nonsense can’t reply to engagement that makes sense. Too bad Wisky lost to a guys only 2 pointer of the year… and lost to NU by 30.
@CollegeHoopsTIk A name like “College Hoops Database” and pretending all this game was, is 4 v 13 is wild. We are flexing because we are precisely “not brand new to this” we have been supporting this team our whole lives through the ups and downs just wanting this win. Google “No Sit Sunday”
@CBSSportsCBB@HuskerMBB Does it help that I was at a Thunder game in 2010/11 when Steph and Monte Ellis came in with the Warriors, and now NU is kicking heinie with Sandfort? NBA game was fun back in the day. This is more fun!! 🤩

Hi Gary. I respect your work greatly 💪. Probably a sidebar here/not really about alcohol, and I know you know this, but this is for anyone struggling with anything! What 1 person/Dr says is objectively good for everyone can be extremely bad for someone. Vice versa. All bodies react differently. No one knows how 1 person will react to anything really. Lived experience here. Thank you
We normalize a substance that damages the brain, disrupts hormones, and impairs metabolic health... then wonder why anxiety and fatigue are everywhere.
Alcohol isn’t harmless just because it’s common.
Biology doesn’t care about social norms.
@barstoolsports Best story for sure 👍
‘95 Huskers beat every team by an average of 30+ points. Lee Corso doubted them against Gators and then drove them into oblivion.
‘01 Miami the most loaded team ever, would beat this Hoosier team. ‘19 LSU similar to that Miami team to lesser degree.
@russellkdegraff@slmandel 1st off, go Hoosiers from Lincoln, NE. GBR
But I’m just pointing out discrepancies in the count. As Nebraska is only B1G school not in the coveted AAU our new president is combining Lincoln with Omaha, and Kearney campuses (for Omaha med school mostly) to get us back into AAU.
@johnjabo10@slmandel Yeah, as you point out, unlike California the degrees come from a common institution, but like California, the sports are divided by campuses. IUPUI and the others field their own sports teams
I was not aware until recently that Indiana has the largest living alumni base in the country (805,000).
But a bunch of football stadiums are now finding that out.
@slmandel Thanks for responses. This all really doesn’t matter… but UCLA=600k+, then Cal ~400k, then UC Davis ~300k. All University of California with different campuses. It just depends on if the school/s decided to combine numbers for whatever reason.
@slmandel Does IUPUI count for Indiana or Purdue? Or both? Or what about the other similar situations with Main campuses having other campuses in other cities?
