Thankfully I stayed healthy all season because of maintenance, training and nutrition. Doing all the extra stuff during the week, on your own, between games and practices matters. Thank you to @lightningperfkc for my physical and mental maintenance (dry needling sucks but works!), @TopFlightPerfo1 for my weight training, @faizolbouchard8 for my speed training. Special shout out to my QB Coach @johnjray07 for helping me become the best QB I can be physically and mentally.
