@jordanzakarin Agree. Implementation is too inconsistent. Especially with game changing sequences. I’d argue that some of the off-site VAR refs are also online gambling.

I've never been anti-VAR but the Croatia miracle goal being called offside just proves that it only makes the game worse.

@FootballFunnnys There are better angles of the cross than this…I wonder how the sensor works? Is it able to differentiate between the air pressure exerted on the ball as well as environmental factors while compensating for spin of the ball and then give a guaranteed result? I’m curious.

I think Iowa State caught a break on that K-State grounding penalty. Avery Johnson threw it in the direction of a receiver who was in the area. Johnson just didn’t get enough on the pass. Usually that’s not going to be called.

Bad loss for #9 Iowa State, 74-68, at Oklahoma State. Cyclones came out flat, turned it over too much (18), missed eight free throws, and just looked out of sync. Curtis Jones returned, scored 11, Keshon Gilbert did not play (injury). ISU hosts Arizona Saturday.

I am disappointed but not surprised that President Trump has decided to terminate the protection previously provided by the United States Secret Service.  Notwithstanding my criticisms of President Biden's national-security policies, he nonetheless made the decision to extend that protection to me in 2021.  The Justice Department filed criminal charges against an Iranian Revolutionary Guard official in 2022 for attempting to hire a hit man to target me.  That threat remains today, as also demonstrated by the recent arrest of someone trying to arrange for President Trump's own assassination.  The American people can judge for themselves which President made the right call.
