@branchkenya_ have been very unprofessonal while handling this issue. @Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC i was told by one of your agent only a Bank can reverse the money. Mpesa ID UDB002HKXG. So now how will i get my money since @branchkenya_ don't want to give me my money back.

I have tried everything to get my money back with no luck for the past week, i have visited Safaricom shop several times and at the end i was told only @branchkenya_ can reverse the money and not me, now @branchkenya_ are saying they can't do the reversal.
