It's really bizarre how the midwit new right is glazing each other in this time of anti-Fuentes mutiny. Tucker saying Owen Benjamin was the smartest and wisest person in Hollywood (lol), Ian Carroll saying Dan Bilzerian was an example of peak masculinity (lol).
This is all a subtle form of cancel culture revamped; always speak negatively of the opponents while you unjustifiably glaze your own side with ridiculous compliments.

I went back 8 years into Montgomery County's public court records. I built three automated scrapers, pulled over 10,000 criminal cases from that courthouse, scanned hundreds of news articles, and cross-referenced every finding against the court's own system.
Tomorrow I am releasing the full report. Every case, charge, and bail amount side by side with Dalton's.
We will see what the specific people in this courthouse considered appropriate bail for confessed child killers, double murderers, convicted felons who killed multiple people, murder defendants who fled the state, and murder defendants who were rearrested while already out on bond.
The numbers are worse than you think. And the bail amounts I found were the initial amounts, most were likely reduced further at subsequent hearings.
The bail hearing is May 21. The data will be in his attorney's hands before then and every media outlet willing to report on it. And most important you sharing it.

No, it's absolutely about the common ground. The arguments themselves that are being made. All you are saying is that unless and until a "heritage American tracing roots to the colonies" comes out saying what Nick does, amassing the following Nick has - that until then we should have no structure, leadership, or organized political goal. And that is ridiculous because of what's at stake, and exactly why the purity spiraling is so toxic to these movements.
It has been discussed in this space that perhaps Whites have too much baggage, regardless of what you want to consider White. You're standing in the way of unifying a political project because of phenotypical traits so redundant you have to spice them up with ad hominems to attract attention.
You say Nick is injecting himself where he's unsuited, or that leadership "belongs to those with an actual genetic and cultural continuity", but these are part of JF's point. Out of all of your assumed percentage of Americans that could fit this description, there is no one even close to making the cultural impact of Nick Fuentes. Not even the biggest fan of Nick, although he's certainly better than the vast majority; but to hitch your wagon for a political project on pretending like the genetics of "Northwest European stock" is so easily traced and unblemished - even by 2 centuries of European mixing - is *ridiculous.* And, most importantly, subjective.
I see the common ground as being worthy of allying with many facets of the space, least concerning of all the trifling swarthiness of an otherwise politically effective, and White-identifying, personality in Nick Fuentes. You have no choice but to face the reality of your situation: Nick is an avatar for the intersection of what Whites are thinking but are still to this day too afraid to say.

This is not meant as a jab toward Devon Stack or those who want to do purity spiraling. It may be what you want to do, and that's fine. The borders of the group we identify as are always subject to personal preferences and argumentation.
However, the argument is an ad hominem. What does it change if all the statements below were true? It would simply mean that the carrier of the ideas is one way or another. This would tell us nothing about the validity or even strategic value of the ideas.
Secondly, realize the limited utility of the argument at this level of purity. What are we saying, here, that Nick wouldn't be allowed in a White ethnostate with 80% Italian ancestry? What purpose does this argument serve?
I think the purpose would be limited to extremely restricted clubs and limited social circles. I do not see it as productive for a broader public conversation since there is no solution to satisfy someone making a comment like that of Devin. What would that solution look like, deport Fuentes? Cancel him by race?

It implies their aim is suicide. It is not. Their aim is homicide. They want you to die.
