@higginsdavidw My mam in hospital since November with punctured lung, no visits, moved her ward few days ago and then she tested positive for covid on xmas eve, clearing beds has risks too

Conor has done a great job following the hospital capacity numbers closely. Capacity has suddenly surged. We are learning it is not a static number. I'm now more at ease with hitting 2,000 cases a day in the coming week(s). Hospitals can handle it. Their own #'s say so....
