@antonosika Let’s connect Lovable more to the physical world. I’d like to connect a Lovable app to my Sonos, create a smarter home device.

I built a Morning Brew-style daily newsletter that writes itself with AI (now at 10,000 daily readers) (and I’m nuts for open-sourcing it) The AI system behind @therecapai clones how a human writer would function, but each step is packaged into an agentic workstream. The full automation handles: - Daily scrapping hundreds of reddit threads, hackernews, twitter posts, Google news API to build a massive data lake of 'daily AI news' - Dozens of custom prompts to pull the top daily stories from this data lake, write short breakdowns, & format the newsletter - Builds custom images based on each story with ChatGPT image generator This was 5 MONTHS of iterating and fine-tuning prompts to get the output and content to an extremely high quality state (no AI slop) and call me crazy, but I'm giving it away for free. Just Retweet, follow me, and comment on this thread "NEWSLETTER" and I'll DM you the full n8n template that you can copy/paste and fine-tune to your use-case as well as a full hour long video breakdown explaining the build. Also you can see the actual contents of the newsletter for yourself with the link below—proof of the quality that is possible with AI. RIP media companies 💀 AI is here.

For those saying "English is the new programming language." Option A: "Make it dark green ... no, lighter ... no, a bit less blueish ... no, a bit more pinkish ... no, a little more greyish ... no, a hint darker" Option B: use #7DB097 Which option is likely to stick?

Meetings should be 10 mins or 90 mins. Anything in between is the worst of both worlds.

Don't think about strategy when you haven't built anything yet! When you're starting, it's much better to focus on a specific customer (even better if you're the customer!) and making them extremely happy— than to go through the motions playing startup while worrying about TAM

2012–14 I sent 12,000 cold emails to get my startup off the ground. Most died. One simple note kept pulling replies—I still use it. Want the exact words? Reply “email”, follow me and I’ll DM the template + line-by-line breakdown. 👇

This slide shows how the creative process works when generative AI is involved. A simple video clip can be hard or even impossible to do, while an action movie effect can be easy. It’s really hard to know which is which up front. So you should stick to the idea, but don’t lock the execution. There are always many ways to tell a story. Don’t plan for one fixed version, like a storyboard, but figure out creative solutions along the way. In return you get a lot of creative freedom within the possibilities. Thank you Forward Festival for having us!

@GergelyOrosz Yep, same. I find with my writing LLMs help with research but cannot capture the voice my audience appreciates.

And by “interesting things” I mean when people share their own experiences, connecting the dots, own speculation/analysis etc. Eg learnings they had on stuff they recently did, and so on. Anyway, power to those who didn’t forget writing helps you think and reflect as well!

Ironic: as LLMs make writing much easier, I am finding not more, but less interesting and novel things to read online. And so I keep paying more attention to the fewer people who still write their original thoughts (without LLMs - you can tell how repetitive it gets with them)

I just spent some time looking into Chinese AI, impressive stuff. Basically, 98% cheaper than Western AI, with comparable performance ex-censorship 🙂. I’m gonna write about it.
