@johnny69lufc @SportParkinsons That’s great to hear @johnny69lufc ..just keep an eye out if you suddenly go from 0 to 5 your bowel may well give out initially so graduate it a bit til the bowel adjusts..

With some of the wonderful people I got to know / meet again in person, thanks to Sport Parkinson's Try-Athlon. There were many more I wish I'd taken a photo with but next time. I advice anyone to get involved with Sport Parkinson's Events, they do much to help the PD community
