The counter to this is being product led. Where we prioritize the value we can deliver to our customers by reducing the time they spend on our products so they can live their lives and not toil away. Great products reduce customer cognitive load and toil. This is customer joy.

Customer happiness, or rather joy, is important but if it means not paying back debt tech or resolving bugs that require gnarly things like infra upgrades, temporary downtime or resolving long standing customer pain/toil then it degrades the value you can deliver.
