This is Tom Wilson with a direct elbow to the head. It does not matter how short Stankoven is. It is the responsibility of the hitter to not make the head, the principle point of contact. It should be a suspension.

I like Fowler and I think he’s talented and could potentially be the goalie of the FUTURE for the @CanadiensMTL … but in the PRESENT he is currently the worse of the 3 goalie rotation and is hurting the team . Needs more seasoning in the AHL and Dobes and Monty are winning … it’s time .

The same source went on to reveal that Kent Hughes has spoken with Monty this morning and informed him of the direction the habs are taking . If waived and unclaimed , Monty is willing to go down to Laval and play for the rocket. A true team player , very powerful.
