What a shocking government this is.

It’s wild how farmers worth £Ms can threaten to withhold food, so as not to a pay tax - we all pay - and people applaud them. But when nurses strike for a fair wage and safer NHS, they’re labelled as greedy. How’s that make any freaking sense?

The fact that a British government hasn't come out swinging on behalf of Canada, a country who's unwavering loyalty to Britain, the then Empire, Commonwealth and Crown since its foundation is nothing short of a disgrace. Canadians shed blood from the beginning of 2 world wars in Ypres, Somme, Gold, Sword and Juno beaches while other countries waited to get involved when it suited them. Britain made three mistakes post colonialism, one was not saying sorry for the wrongs it did, the second not cementing the Commonwealth as a trading bloc to ensure food, energy and military security, and lastly giving the Yanks almost every strategic military Base we had globally because of a "special relationship" that's a one way street.

Who else stands with these two? Raise a ✋

I don't know why this hasn't received more publicity, but this fifty-foot sculpture was unveiled recently in South Dakota. It's called 'Dignity' and was done by artist Dale Lamphere to honor the women of the Sioux Nation.
