@TallNupinks @Wise I agree Tall. They seem to have falsely flagged unusual activity on my account and now they just take forever to complete a futile investigation, meanwhile locking my funds down. If I was traveling I would be completely stuffed.

@johnryan20071 @Wise I hear your frustration. They didn’t even respond to my complaint a day or two ago, over them pausing my incoming funds for the second time in a handful of weeks. Pretty much over them now and will look at taking my business elsewhere.

Dear @Wise . The update on my situation is that you still have made no progress but you write replies that sound like you care and can help, but since 27th Feb you took my money and still have not fixed the problem. I did everything u asked.

@Wise There is no fraudulent transactions and lodging a complaint about your investigation taking too long actually delays your investigation further....! surely you can't be serious. This is damaging your brand and so it should!

@johnryan20071 Hi again. We hear you — these investigations can take time, especially if many transfers/parties are involved. To add, when you file a complaint, the investigation time lengthens, so your patience here is appreciated. Still, we know that it's very inconvenient to wait.

Dear @wise. Update 3. Another 3 days and no progress or updates while you prevent me from accessing my funds since 5th March. Lucky I am not traveling now. I hope this doesn't happen to other Wise customers.

@Wise Seriously if you have an account with Wise you need to know that they can lock you out of accessing your funds and take weeks to sort out what they perceive as "possible" unusual activity. There was none on my account, but still they are investigating????

@Wise @TallNupinks Dear @Wise Your requests for DMs is a waste of time. I have zero trust and confidence in your company. Just give me access to my money so I can close my account and move on, but not before I complain to your regulators. To anyone who has an account with Wise or is thinking it???

Dear @Wise You have frozen my accounts due to "possible unusual activity" on or about 27th February. At the time you moved money out of my accounts to a "safe place". You did not email me about this until 5th March. I have actioned everything you requested but I am still locked

There were no unauthorized transactions and I have changed my password and reconfirmed my identity with you but all I get from you is robotic like repetitive emails saying it still being investigated.

Then you do the final insto/retail top up and every walks away a winner. But no, good old ARU have a different play book that just trashes the loyal shareholders again. Just don't get this.

$ARU capital raising destroys share price again. Why wouldn't they go get their final cornerstone investor locked away first, most likely at a higher price, then announce the complimenting offtake that should go with it and then the share price goes up.

@DEBOSS7788 Love your optimism guys but reality is this thing is a long way from being sorted. There will be appeals, bribes, probably a couple more changes of ruling government. AVZ running out of money and investors with deep pockets to keep fighting. Good luck!

ASX LISTING $AVZ My thoughts on this Announcement are as follows: In light of careful deliberation, the AVZ board has made the decision not to pursue reinstatement on the ASX at this time. This determination stems from a steadfast commitment to safeguarding the best interests of AVZ shareholders. Acknowledging the frustration resulting from the suspension from quotation and the forthcoming delisting, the AVZ board firmly believes that these measures are essential to preserve shareholder value. Despite initial expectations following the identification of the world's largest lithium resource, the current circumstances necessitate a strategic approach aimed at shielding shareholders from potential risks. By opting against reinstatement, AVZ shareholders are shielded from several potential pitfalls: 1. Protection against shorting of stock. 2. Mitigation of the risk of a significant sell-down of shareholding, which could depress prices. 3. Prevention of opportunistic attempts to acquire a substantial interest in AVZ at an undervalued price. 4. Avoidance of uncertainty surrounding the mining license resolution. 5. Anticipation of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) from the government, notwithstanding its current absence. 6. Addressing challenges posed by detractors within the country seeking to undermine the company's reputation. In the view of AVZ management, prioritising shareholder protection is paramount, particularly given the turbulent market conditions and external pressures. This decision effectively shifts the focus away from short-term share price fluctuations to the long-term viability and potential of the project, which is anticipated to yield substantial returns amounting to billions of dollars. Looking ahead, AVZ retains the flexibility to explore alternative listing options on any exchange following the issuance of the mining license. Additionally, the company can explore opportunities to divest all or part of the project, further maximizing shareholder value. In summary, while the decision not to seek reinstatement may diverge from initial expectations, it reflects a prudent and strategic approach by AVZ management to safeguard the interests of all shareholders and position the company for long-term success. Following the understandable frustrations of shareholders during the two-year suspension, this announcement may not bring the desired news we hoped for. However, it's important to note that, apart from the absence of shareholding visibility in trading portfolios starting May 13th, there have been no other changes. I have confidence that the Board of Directors of $AVZ has acted in the best interest of shareholders, and I remain optimistic about the potential for shareholders to realise a significant return on their investment in the near future 😉 All IMO & DYOR
