@marxtango Nothing simple about transformation in healthcare because we have a lot to unwind from the past, but more neutralizing is the mindset and culture we are stuck in. Sure there are quick wins, but if it’s simple, then it’s paving a cow path and not transforming.

Health systems lag years behind other industries on simple transformation initiatives such as implementing cloud-based services or written digital strategies Why is it so hard to change directions?
