Remember the Future. Hard money and a low time preference pave the way to the future. The orange coin is the monetary language that helps us remember. #Bitcoin

A Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) would give the government total surveillance and control over every single transaction in your life.
They could see what you buy, freeze your money at will, and program exactly what you’re “allowed” to spend it on.
This isn’t money. It’s financial tyranny.
 CBDC must be banned—forever.

@bariksis "This one year snow came in October and thawed before March. Seasons are dead." Is it so hard to see the cycle is intact, but the timing of "milestones" within the cycle changed? Cycle deniers are flat earther's in a hoodie.

The same people claiming the 4 year cycle is intact are the same ones ignoring the ATH before the 2024 halving, and the post halving year ending red. But sure, the 4 year cycle is fully intact, and going exactly as planned based on the plethora of prior data points (3 cycles lol)

@Cointelegraph Okay, so we all know that even if you get ownership of wallets you still need ownership of keys to access. So why would someone do this? My one thought is if the wallets are ever quantum attacked and drained there could be a "recovery" through some type of asset insurance?

@davidgokhshtein That's the sickness of our monetary system. Peek high time preference fiat mentally. A gambler's mindset. Or there's this one play that can slowly bring you all the way back without the mental dispare weaved into your life. It's called saving. Do it with Bitcoin.

In crypto, you can get beat down 100 times and still be one good play away from getting it all back. That’s the sickness of this market. It can humble you for months, make you question everything, and then change your entire life in 24 hours. That’s why people don’t leave. Because no matter how bad it gets, there’s always that one play that can bring you all the way back.

@MarylandHODL21 I vote for the system I want to exist buy converting my fiat into bitcoin slowly over time. I pay the network fee to send to storage, so I support the network. Once my Bitcoin appreciates to the level all the "spend and replace" OGs got to, I'll gladly do it too. You do you.

There’s always debate about whether Bitcoiners should spend Bitcoin or never touch it. My view is simple: If it’s a purchase under $500, the merchant accepts Bitcoin, and you already have the cash to replace it, spend the Bitcoin. Just replace it thru one of the many apps. Most people already pay ~3% indirectly through credit card processing fees anyway. If replacing the Bitcoin costs you a little more than that, the difference is basically your contribution toward supporting the network and encouraging adoption. Bitcoin only becomes money if people are willing to transact with it. I’m not talking about buying houses or cars. Large purchases are different. But everyday spending helps normalize Bitcoin, strengthens the circular economy, and reduces long term concentration. That small premium is not “losing Bitcoin.” It’s voting for the network you want to exist.
Terence Michael@ProofOfMoney

If you want to spread Bitcoin adoption, SPEND it. A big idea that many miss is that Bitcoin is both a money AND a currency. We’ve never had that perfect balance before. Normies don’t believe anything can be money unless businesses accept it. And businesses will accept Bitcoin as people want to spend it (beginning with each other).

Why can’t people see that Bitcoiners simply just want a better life for mankind? Less war. More health. Less stress. More time with family. Money that does not steal from us.

The lie you've been told stops today. You want to know what inflation really is? Strip away the economics textbooks, the PhD jargon, the CNBC smooth-brains explaining "supply chain pressures" like they discovered fire. Inflation is theft. Pure. Surgical. Government. Sanctioned. Theft. It's not rising prices, that's the symptom, not the disease. Inflation is your government printing currency units faster than you can earn them, deliberately diluting every hour you've ever worked into monetary vapor. They're not raising the cost of living. They're lowering the value of your life. See that? Milton Friedman said it decades ago, and they buried it under a mountain of Keynesian propaganda: "Inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon." Translation: Every cent of inflation comes from one place and one place only. Printing money. • Not greedy corporations. • Not supply shocks. • Not your local grocery store. Bureaucrats in suits, armed with spreadsheets and the legal authority to counterfeit, systematically destroying your purchasing power while lecturing you about "price stability." Bitcoin fixes this.
