@ColU_Official The finishing was horrendous! Would have missed the goal if we had a penalty. It will soon change, but this patch has derailed our play off hopes for sure! Not over mathematically, but we really have to improve on finishing to get those wins. #colu
@ColU_Official He never learns, so easy for the oppositon to wind him up for a reaction. Unfortunately for us, his reaction is to get a yellow card and not a goal. #colu
FIFA have approved a number of new rule changes that will come into effect at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, largely with the aim to reduce time-wasting and speed up the games this summer ⏱️💪
What do you think to their changes❓👀
I can now confirm that I have left my role as Head Groundsman @ColU_Official
Thankyou to my grounds team (past and present) who helped us over the past 2 seasons to start to improve the playing surfaces at the club. It’s far from perfect but heading in the right direction. #colu
@Jwarren1604@MyloB22 Best player could be down to opinons of him and another player. However, 15 goal contributions this season. I think you'll find that statt wise, he has been a big player for us this season.
🚨🗣️ 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Leo Messi: "At some point, the Spanish national team approached me. They tried to convince me."
"I am Argentine, but I arrived in Barcelona when I was very young. There was a possibility that I could play for Spain, but my desire was always to play for Argentina."
The next three weeks will bring an end to my time as Head of Content at @ColU_Official My last full-time day in the role will be Friday 20th March, after which I’ll step away from my duties aside from matchdays, where I’ll continue to support the club through to the end of the season.
It’s been a privilege to work at a club where, first and foremost, I’m a fan. When I arrived, my goal was to level up the content, creative and social presence, and reconnect the club with its fanbase. That task was made far easier by the incredible work on the pitch from Danny, Nicky and the first team squad and staff, as well as the brilliant people behind the scenes who keep the club moving.
A big thank you to David Gregory and Tim Waddington for bringing me in and giving me the creative licence to do things my way, and a special mention to Cole Wren, who has taken our video output to another level. I’m proud of the foundations we’ve built and hopeful they continue to grow long after my departure.
My next move is the most exciting of my career.
For over two years I’ve been building @13amStudio alongside full-time roles. Now, I’m committing completely.
13AM is on a mission to become the first creative movement in history to achieve artistic representation from every single country in the world. What once felt wildly ambitious is now within reach. Today, we sit at 145 out of 195 countries represented.
No gallery, brand or cultural institution has ever achieved true global artistic representation. Not once.
We now need just 37 more countries to reach 182. From there, we enter the Final 13 phase, where I will travel to the remaining nations, meet the artists in person, and complete Project 195 on the ground. The entire journey will be documented through long-form and short-form video content across YouTube and our socials.
This isn’t just about finishing a project. It’s about proving that global collaboration through art is possible.
Beyond the commercial opportunity, and there will be plenty of that if we execute properly, the message matters just as much. In a world that feels increasingly divided, Project 195 stands for something different. Artists from every corner of the globe, side by side, within one shared community.
From April onward, I’ll be documenting everything, the final push to 195, the outreach, the travel, the setbacks, the breakthroughs, and the journey to turn 13AM into a truly global creative and cultural brand.

@re7h2an@SkySportsNews What if by some huge, near impossible, coincidence that they both have itchy armpits at the same time? (No, I am not being serious, so nobody fire the gun too soon).
BREAKING: Football's equality and inclusion organisation Kick It Out have released a statement in response to Jose Mourinho's comments on Vinicius Junior 🚨

English defender Tom Aldred is heading into his second season with Mohun Bagan and he came off the bench to score in a 2-0 win over Kerala Blasters #ISL12
@Mubashir0482@TheMatchdayHQ You have no clue… So you’d be happy with a manager who would get us relegated, but keep him as he won a trophy lol! You so called supporters crack me up!
🚨🗣️ | 𝐍𝐄𝐖: Jose Mourinho on his most ridiculous dismissal (sacking) of his career:
“The most ridiculous one was a club that has an empty trophy room, sacks me two days before a final.”
U's fans, what do you make of tonight's breaking news that takeover talks between Colchester United owner Robbie Cowling and the consortium including Alexandre Pato have ended without agreement? #ColU
