@1pMobile Is your service down in London? Since this morning I've been unable to make calls/sms or use any data. Phone shows full signal and I'm able to receive inbound calls. Your customer service phone line isn't working and no response on live chat. Please help?

@sambakey @HarboroughEast @colinrjenkins @ScuttJ @1pMobile They said they "hope" to fix it today, seems like there's periodic network updates and I guess they're just hoping that will fix it. But doesn't seem like they've done a proper root cause analysis, and they don't seem to be able to force-push a fix out, so it's anyone's guess...

My phone boost renews at the weekend so if not sorted by end of the week I'll have to switch that to off, get a different SIM from someone else and swap my number across later.

@1pMobile here's a thought: during a major outage, maybe you should be focused 100% on solving the problem and communicating with your customers, rather than flagging negative reviews about the outage on TrustPilot

@ScuttJ @1pMobile @sambakey Based on their explanation of the issue, I'd imagine ~10% of their customer base is now impacted, yet they're clearly still not treating this as a major outage with regular updates across all channels.

@ScuttJ @1pMobile @sambakey Their statements read like they're coming from a petulant teenager. Aside from the 90s website I thought these guys were doing a great job and on top of things, but I now have zero confidence that they know what they're doing.

I work in tech and if this happened where I work, we'd declare a P1 incident and nobody would be going home til service was restored, with regular updates to customers. Thinking of switching back to EE...

@sambakey @1pMobile I finally managed to reach them on live chat. They said because it affects "only" 2,000 customers (!) they haven't bothered to publish any status update on their website. They hope it will be back up today. Their phone line still isn't working. Honestly, a shambles...
