What a privilege being able to play at Crans, just before the European Masters. If you ever get chance, play here, the views are to die for, the course world class and the staff so friendly!

Paris is working to become a '15-minute city' where everything you need is located locally within 15 mins. Every street will have a bike lane, 60k parking spots are being removed & replaced with parks. We have the solutions implement them. #ActOnClimate

Dennis Amiss wasn’t just difficult to dismiss; he was immovable. Once set, he turned into a wall, draining bowlers of both energy and belief. A cornerstone for Warwickshire and England at the top of the order, Amiss built his reputation on monumental innings, with eight of his 11 Test centuries stretching beyond 150. His defining act of defiance came in Jamaica in 1973–74: an unbeaten 262 carved out over 570 minutes and 563 balls, a lone stand of resistance that salvaged the Test. No other batter crossed 41, in fact, even that came via extras, underlining just how solitary his effort was. Yet, even the most resolute careers carry imperfections. For all his dominance, Australia remained a persistent thorn, accounting for seven ducks in just 21 innings against them. Beyond Tests, Amiss etched his name into history by scoring the first-ever century in One-Day Internationals, and in 1986, he reached the landmark of 100 first-class centuries, a testament to both his longevity and unwavering discipline. Happy Birthday Dennis🎂 Pic Courtesy: Thecricketmonthly

In Paris for the weekend. Every meal here is a masterpiece: fresh, simple, real. A random café in Paris eats 99% of US restaurants alive. But then you land back in the US and feel the energy. The ambition. The speed. Nothing compares. America is the best country in the world to build a company and the worst country in the world to eat a healthy meal. France is the best country in the world to live and the worst country in the world to be ambitious. Pick your poison.

Air France’s Airbus A380 fleet was small, only 10 aircraft but it still operated over 20,000 flights from Paris CDG. Routes ranged from New York to Abidjan, Mexico City and even a one-off Olympic flight to Rio. The A380 era ended in 2020… too early? 🤔✈️

My column in The Times today. "Two weeks ago, the Socialist Party and the Greens cut all ties with Jean-Luc Mélenchon and his far-left party over “intolerable” antisemitic provocations. Today? In city after city — Toulouse, Lyon, Grenoble, Brest, Nantes, Avignon — they are cosying up to the very same party. What was presented as a moral rupture has dissolved into what the spineless Socialist Party leader, Olivier Faure, now dares call “technical fusions”. Orwell would have smiled."

The Tony Blair Story by @72_films on @Channel4 is superb. It’s not just a compelling profile of the most naturally gifted politician the UK has ever produced, but a brilliant piece of modern history. Great interviews, great footage, great soundtrack. I could watch 100 episodes of it.
