🛠️TransPennine Route Upgrade rail engineering work will be undertaken throughout May and June, with significant disruption expected between Huddersfield and #Leeds. This weekend, no trains will call at #Huddersfield. Trains running between #ManchesterVictoria and #Dewsbury will be diverted to call at #Brighouse. Between Monday the 4th to Friday the 8th of May only, a very limited service will operate to / from Huddersfield. @TPEassist Please, please can you publish full timetables for the bus replacements, i.e. when they will call at each stop, not just when they will set off from starting point. It is impossible right now to plan a journey from Slaithwaite to Leeds.

Due to a tunnel being closed for safety reasons between #Marsden and #Stalybridge all lines are blocked, with disruption expected until 06:00 on 29th January. The following routes will be subject to delays, alterations, short notice cancellations:- · #ManchesterPiccadilly - #Huddersfield/#York (Stopper service) · #ManchesterVictoria-#Redcar Central · #LiverpoolLimeStreet-#Newcastle · #LiverpoolLimeStreet-#Hull Where possible trains will divert via the Calder Valley in both directions, between #ManchesterVictoria and #Leeds. @TPEassist I've come from Manchester Piccadilly, gone via Victoria to Mirfield. Now at Brighouse. Want to get to Slaithwaite. The service today is a complete and utter disgrace, been told four different versions of how to get from Piccadilly to Slaithwaite.

Over the last month, our TRU West Alliance have worked day and night to deliver improvements that will unlock faster, greener and more reliable journeys across the North.
