Gutted that my season is over just like that and I’m out for a significant period of time but every setback is always a chance to comeback stronger, in the mean time ill be supporting the boys on the sidelines 💙

I'm glad everyone gets to see the man behind it all; Steve Woodvine. Bentley didn't have an off night, he had a man in the opposite corner who knew exactly how to beat him, I just had to follow the method. Steve guided me all the way back to the Potteries with the Lonsdale Belt❤️

"They don't do that to people from where we're from...I want you to feel f*****g great!" That special relationship between @NathanHeaney and trainer Steve Woodvine ❤️ The corner work to the celebration, just look what it meant to become British champion 🇬🇧

Wait… What are these?!

Did you know that it takes about two months for your baby to discover they have hands?
What’s more, because of their innate grasping reflex, babies actually USE their hands before they realize they exist.
Beginning around 8 weeks (concurrent with improvements in their vision), you can actually use this reflex to help your baby make the discovery.
Start with noisy objects like rattles.
They’ll grasp objects placed in their palms reflexively, then bring them to their mouth to begin exploring (as babies do).
And lo and behold: fingers!
Once they make the discovery, a whole new world begins to open - allowing your little one to begin exploring and grasping objects of interest with intention.
I just love the wonder shown in this video.
Look at these things! And I can move them too!
What a cutie.

Quick! Could someone get this little one some more banana?🍌
We can’t be certain whether her receptive language has advanced to the point that she’s understood mom’s explanation here… BUT, told there would be only one more bite, she sure does seem determined to make it count! Too funny.
As children are learning to spoon feed - whether with adult assistance or independently - it’s not uncommon to see them gnaw (or even bite down aggressively) on utensils.
This is why it’s recommended that you begin this process, not with standard silverware (which could easily have cut into Baby’s tender gums in the example here), but with soft silicone spoons designed specifically for this purpose.
If your baby is approaching spoon feeding, make sure you have a few on hand for their safety.
