JUST IN: The Pentagon has asked the White House to approve a massive supplemental funding request of more than $200 BILLION from Congress to sustain the ongoing war in Iran, according to Washington Post report Washington Post: “The request comes as the war—now in its third week—has already cost billions in munitions and operations. Earlier estimates from Pentagon briefings indicated that the first week alone exceeded $11 billion, with $5.6 billion spent on munitions in just the first two days of strikes.”

They are simultaneously calling Joe Kent a liar while the President is openly chastising Israel for escalating the Iran war against his will. Seems to me like Joe Kent told the truth and you're all cashing $7K checks to lie about it. Traitors.

@CTyank860z @blm860 He was twice the legal limit, riding on a rim, wife passed out in back seat. His charges were recently dropped which doesn’t sound like the standard described above for these kinds of cases. I know there are Americans capable of legislating who wouldn’t end up being criminals

We wanted to send out this tweet to give people insight about the arrest from Aundré Bumgardner over the weekend. We didn’t want to throw him under the bus, but it’s already so public… we want to tell the public the process for a first time DUI offender. DUI offenders don’t face prison time unless they are repeat offenders or hurt someone. 1) He needs to make sure to return the letter DMV mails him for a “work-only” license. He’ll be getting the letter sometime this week or next. This will allow him to drive to work and/or school. I hope he has a nice couch in his office, he might as well bring sheets for late nights in the office and upgrade his internet for more remote work. 2) He will be required to install an ignition interlock system and pay an installment and monthly fee. He will have to blow in the machine to start it and about every 30 minutes of driving. 3) He will be arraigned, apply for the “alcohol education program” and pay the fee on the second court date, have it granted on the third date and his case will be continued for 12 months as he completes the program. The case will be nolled after those 12 months and then dismissed 13 months after they enter the nolle. 4) He will also attend “victim impact panels” and the judge usually orders 2 but as a lawmaker, I think he should get 3. 5) He will have an insurance renewal for either double/triple his regular price or his current company will even drop him at the end of the policy, forcing him to switch companies at a higher cost. Rates will return to normal after 5 renewals unless the case is dismissed because of a mistake (sleepy, not drunk or allergy meds) There will be accusations of special treatment, but this is the normal procedure for everyone. We should be happy he didn’t hurt himself or others. The program is pretty intensive as well. Wishing him all the best.
