@ldsfilmguy doctrinally, literally anything can be used, but by policy we only use bread and water personally, I would say that cornbread qualifies as bread, but that it may distract people partaking of the sacrament so probably best not to but it is up to the discretion of the bishop

Our local mission president asked me to give a talk to the missionaries. As I gave my talk, I noticed the mission president's wife furiously taking notes. I talked with her a couple of days later and mentioned her taking so many notes. She said, "Yes, I wanted to capture every word. After your talk I called (President Oaks--relationship omitted here) on the phone and we talked for two hours about your talk!" Gulp! 😳 Always watch what you say. You never know who may be listening, and who they may be related to.

360 years. That is the collective Excel experience of my team of 30 people, in one room. I have personally used Excel for 20 years. Since the very beginning. We’ve spent decades "crushing it" when it comes to financial modeling. We knew every shortcut. Every nested formula. We thought we had reached the peak of efficiency.
