If you are a UK investor and are looking for an alternative to the Roundhill Space And Technology ETF $MARS that I discussed on here yesterday, you basically have three options: - VanEck Space Innovators $JEDG - ARK Space & Defence Innovation $ARCX - Seraphim Space Investment Trust $SSIT VanEck Space Innovators is probably the most similar because it's top holdings are $RKLB, $PL, $VSAT and $SATS, and has returned 190.29% in the last year. Cathie Wood's ARK space-themed ETF has a more wide ranging selection criteria, and includes more companies loosely connected with space travel and innovation, such as $TER and $AMD, but still might be worth considering. This one is up 19.6% since it launched in December. The London-listed Seraphim Space Investment Trust holds a diversified, international portfolio of predominantly early and growth stage unquoted SpaceTech businesses, and has seen its share price rise by 308.39% in the last year.

My Trading 212 account was up another 3.1% today and is now up 21.4% in 2026. The biggest winners in this portfolio were the two AI data center stocks $IREN and $NBIS, which finished the day 11.42% and 10.9% higher respectively. $NVDA also had a very strong day, finishing 5.77% higher after $AMD reported excellent results yesterday, and several stocks were also up more than 2%, including $GAMB, $GRAB and $GOOGL. So it's been another excellent day, and I'm delighted to see this account make a new all-time high. I hope you are seeing similar results with your own portfolios now that the US markets are also hitting new all-time highs.

$NBIS shares are now around 6% cheaper than before they announced the $27 billion deal with $META, having fallen due to the $4.34 billion debt financing and general market weakness. On the day of the announcement they went from $112.95 to over $130 at one point, but the share price has fallen right the way back to $106.50. This comes on the same day that Nebius CEO Arkady Volozh said: "Think about Nebius as a fourth hyperscaler." I remain very bullish about Nebius and am happy to continue holding this stock for the long term to see just how big this company can become.

That’s January done! I thought I’d kick off 2026 a little differently - cash figures this month rather than YTD%. I’ll probably go back to percentages from next month but it helps to put things into context now and again. A pretty good month for me, +£8,620. Probably pocket-change to the big boys out there but it’s a lot of money to most people (me included) and certainly more than I ever took home from a day job. It's also far more than I need to keep me in the lavish lifestyle I’ve become accustomed to; Luxury cribs & sweet rides (3 bed semi in West Yorkshire & Ford Mondeo Zetec😂). Seriously though, as a trader I get to work for myself with no staff to worry about and no customers to worry about. Just me Vs. Mr. Market. To me, that's living the dream. The usual two strategies at play this month. “Results Trading” – This is my main strategy of seeking out positive catalysts in the form of upcoming result and trading statements. Select the companies very carefully, buy ahead of the news, sell the news. That’s the general idea. “Plinking” – A supplementary strategy. A very short term, very low risk day-trading strategy with a high probability of a small profit. All my trades this month are below. Results Trading profit = £6,234 Plinking profit = £2,386 N/B Before you say “Everything you’ve bought on a Plink has gone loads higher, you should have held!”. I know. I am aware. Sadly, my crystal ball didn’t tell me the market was only heading in one direction this month. Saying that, I know there’s definitely a lot of room for me to improve this strategy and make it a lot more profitable. Rest assured, I will be working on it. Cheers all 🍻 Have a good weekend. #Trading #Investing #Stocks #DayTrading #Livingthedream

The last Substack for the year is out: 2026 Portfolio Updates & Ideas! This is a long one and goes deep into my personal portfolio management philosophy, ideas I have for 2026, sectors/names I'm interested in even if I haven't bought yet, actual core positions for next year, hedges, and more. Hopefully it serves as somewhat of a framework that can help think about different ways of thinking of risk, capital preservation, and more. As always, the substack is free with no paywall and free to subscribe to as well. Looking forward to hearing other perspectives and top convictions going into 2026 for other people!

@KevBuschhold Great, I'd say probably just 12 months(ytd) profit, with your style of nipping in and out of stocks before and after ex div dates whilst being confident of the quality of your picks i should imagine youve had a solid positive year

A 7-day hold and 18% gain on a sizeable $RKLB position was enough to wipe out the last 2 weeks of losses and return a solid blue week. Mrs R will be getting presents this Xmas after all 🤣 Carrying over #FTC along with $BTC $ETH $SOL & $SUI. Have a great weekend all 🎄🍻🤓

This year, my firm has 15 positions beating the Nasdaq YTD, up from ten positions last year – helping to cement the I/O Fund as one of the world’s leading AI portfolios. Our cumulative return of 210% over a five-year period would rank us #2 if we were a hedge fund and #5 if we were an ETF – notably, this strong cumulative return does not yet include our 2025 performance. For a limited time, we are offering $250 off on our Advanced tier with real-time trade alerts, webinars, deep dives and access to our portfolio. This Black Friday deal expires soon on December 8th. io-fund.com/premium-servic…
