@SW_Help not impressed with the customer service received this evening. 01:13 to BMH showing as running earlier and now cancelled. Advised by the help point it was cancelled yesterday. A lie!!!

@SW_Help Some trains were still arriving but going no further south. Station was closing so had to grab a taxi with another couple of guys as they were stranded too. We are claiming the train and taxi fare for this.

@SW_Help The guard of delayed 1719 NWM to WIN told us to get off at SOA to get to WIN quicker. He was wrong and has delayed us by a further 20 mins. He said it would be held at Eastleigh to let the fast train through. Totally wrong and not good enough.

@SW_Help Shambles of a rail replacement. Caught the 07:59 from NWM to catch the 09:26 train at SOA. It's now 09:20 and we're still sat at Southampton Central, being asked to move seats to make room for tonnes of luggage, so we've now missed our train to London. What a joke!!!!

It’s like a saving of 200 or so for services not given. Maybe more. Intercom installed but not working, hasn’t been for a while, couldn’t even get the bins right. If I was this bad at my job I would simply kill myself and spare myself the shame tbh.

It agonises me to no end that despite being a homeowner I still have to deal with Landlord Behaviour from the common area charges I get. Anyways my neighbour is as pissed off as me and we’re unionising against the freeholder, couldn’t even make a boiler work before a sale.
