We absolutely need to demolish and rebuild far less often - and start doing this without delay! Though the case for building vs not building new infrastructure such as HS2 is more nuanced - depending on whether it can save CO2 in the long-term.

@Jason_Mckeown Thanks Jason, this brought back so many memories. Went to most of the matches that season, including the Crewe away match. Most enduring memory from the 5-0 drubbing was a half time chant aimed at a Crewe supporter wearing all pink.
