This is obviously a “Wait till the movie is out!” situation, but I’m kinda confused on the whole Super Family timeline being presented here in the DCU. We know that Clark had been Superman for three years, and that Kara is currently 23 years old. So does that mean that Kara is like 20 years old instead of a teenager when Kandor is destroyed, since she’s found by Clark in the Superman suit? Gunn had said last year that Kara is younger than Superman and wouldn’t be aware of the larger Krypton’s or just Jor El’s beliefs, so does that suggest that she was born and raised on Kandor thus making her younger than Superman without the inclusion of the Phantom Zone? I personally think they’ll do the modern origin where she is technically older than Kal and does have that lived in experience, mainly because that’s just what people are most familiar with and what gravitates them towards the character more (thanks CW, I guess).

If there was one criticism I would have for Lego Batman LOTDK, it would be the character roster. There being only 7 characters makes it the smallest Lego game roster by far. I understand that the idea was to aim for more uniqueness with a smaller total amount of characters. However, I don’t think the characters are unique enough to warrant that. When you’re playing through the story, it works out. But once you’ve beaten that, the shortcomings from this choice really become apparent. There needed to be way more. Collecting characters is a vital part of Lego game end-game and unfortunately this game misses out on that. I still love it, and my rating still stays at 9/10! But it could have been a 10 had they invested more into the character roster.
