Brian Walshe is accused of murdering his wife and dismembering her. The case is a strong one. I have reported on this case since it first happened, and I will be revisiting the evidence and sending updates on the case through trial. DNA of both Ana and Brian were found on his tyvech suit, his bloody slippers, and other trash found at the trash center where these items were discarded. I would hope there would be a meaningful review of the failures and serious intervention to clean house. These MSP statements about doing better aren’t enough. Unfortunately, Gov Healey doesn’t seem to care and it’s her call. We need meaningful action. Walshe is a monster and the idea of him getting off on a technicality is frightening. Especially when obtaining a warrant is standard procedure.
