I'm bummed that NextGen DNA isn't entering Tyler Robinson's case (yet!!), but the evidence the defense doesn't want retested is a bullet jacket comparison to the rifle ATF did that came back inconclusive.
The existence of a bullet jacket fragment recovered during Charlie's autopsy also tells us pretty definitively that the bullet fragmented, which is the reason why there was no exit wound.

Honestly, people think defense attorneys are snakes until they need one. For my daughter and I who are doing legal studies, to see this man in polar opposite roles was an incredible opportunity!

She has even called for them desert the U.S. Military and refuse orders. Will Candace Owens be paying their bills for them? Will Candace Owens help them with their legal expenses? Absolutely not. The reality is Candace doesn’t care about any of this. She just says what she thinks will get her the most attention at the time.

Actually he took the case because he knew she was guilty. He was disgusted with Karen and her team. They cheated to win. He’s not a showboat. He believes in the cases he takes. Afterwards, he attended the memorial with the family. Stood by Mrs O’Keefe’s side. That’s the kind of man he is. He cared.
