Because that's the first thing he'd need for survival in the wild. Idk. I'm also assuming Sukuna's mother died away from civilisation. @elisisii my theory is that yuji doesn't have an offspring, due to being the perfect vessel/death painting essentially he's a literal curse himself and definitely indirectly killed yuko ozawa due to the miscarriage.

everyone keeps theorizing miyaguni is yuji's daughter or is related to him, but it would be really funny if she turned out to be just some random sorcerer with a revolutionary skin routine😭
